All I can say is that this place and the people are amazing. I never knew about them prior to searching for repair shops but ran into an issue with what turned out to be my transmission and they took the time to talk through my options. From this process, I now have a trustworthy place that I can take my cars to going forward. Seriously, 5 stars all the way. Thank you!

Where do I begin? Well, I can start with that I am happy to have found this business. No better feeling than being heard and taken seriously. That is what I received first. Afterwards, my transmission was rebuilt( good rate may I add), then suspension work. From communication and just being made comfortable from beginning to the end, It’s say to safe say I’ve found a life long shop and driving 40 minutes from Charlotte will never be an issue. Thank you guys!!

Top notch service and staff!!! Mike, Tina, Keith and staff are wonderful to work with! They kept me updated throughout the repair process. Honest and professional! They take pride in the work they do. Highly recommend for any repair work needed. They do it all, I took a classic car in and they fixed the carburetor, transmission leak, new exhaust and tires. They can do it all!

I think my husband and I found TRANSMISSIONS UNLIMITED on Google back in 2020 or 2021. They were in the old location across from CVS downtown; and we've been customers ever since. Although Michael and his wife are owners, you'd never know because they are humble. Michael had no problem getting his hands dirty (not sit behind the desk), while his wife would work up front. Whenever we need work on either vehicles, we take them to TRANSMISSIONS UNLIMITED. I called TU Wednesday morning and spoke with James, he was able to get me in the next day to check my brakes. I got a call from James Thursday morning explaining the issues found. I let him know exactly what I wanted to get done and what would have to wait. An estimate was emailed to me to sign verifying the services agreed upon. I love that they don't pressure you to get everything done. They do great work and respect their customers. Keep up the good work!! Shout out to Keith and James for great customer service and patience. 🙂

Needed a transmission rebuild on my 2000 Chevy Blazer. These guys took care of everything I needed and went above and beyond what a normal shop would do to help. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable when you enter the shop. The service advisors Keith and James are the highlight of my experience. Communication was absolutely on point throughout the entire process. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.
